1. Which brands of tyres can I order?

2. How can I search for a tyre by article number, size, or EAN number?

You can use the search bar on the search page. Enter the article number, tyre size (e.g., 205/55 R16), or EAN number. The system will display the search result matching products instantly.

3. How do I check the price of a tyre?

Prices are displayed next to each product in the search results and product detail page. Please note that prices may vary based on your account conditions and current promotions. In addition to the list prices, the net price after discount are displayed based on the system configuration. Please contact your Sales Representatives regarding any changes.

4. How do I check tyre stock availability?

Stock status is displayed in the search results and product detail page. If a tyre is out of stock, you will see an indication and may have the option to backorder.

5. How can I check delivery date and order cut-off time?

Estimated delivery date is shown in the search results, product detail page and during checkout. The Estimated delivery date is based on standard order cut-off time displayed. Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next business day.

6. How can I select a different delivery address?

During checkout, you can choose from your saved delivery addresses. In case you want to change the list of saved delivery addresses Go to Account > Addresses and request changes. You can also contact your Sales Representatives or write an email to salesadmin@falkentyre.com for any changes.

7. How do I check the delivery status of my order?

Go to Account > My Orders and select the relevant order to view the order details. You can click on the shipment tracking link if available for this order. In case the shipment tracking link is not available, please contact our customer support team for more details.

8. I have ordered some tyres which have not arrived, and the deliveries are delayed. Who should I contact?

Please contact Customer Support immediately via phone or email. Provide your order number for faster assistance.

9. Incorrect goods were delivered or not as expected. Who should I contact?

Please contact Customer Support and provide your order number and details of the issue. Our team will assist you to resolve your issues.

10. How can I cancel an order?

Orders may be canceled before they are dispatched. Contact Customer Support and provide your order number and details of the issue. Our team will assist you with order cancellation.

11. How can I view past orders and order history?

Navigate to Account > My Order. You can filter by date, status, and ordering channel or search by order number to find previous orders.

12. How do I create a product claim?

If you need to file a claim (e.g., warranty or damage), go to Account > My Claims and fill out the claim form. Attach any required documents or photos for faster processing.

13. How do I add an additional user to my account?

Go to Account > Profile & Settings and click Add Additional Logins at the bottom page. Enter the details and assign appropriate permissions.

14. How can I reset my password?

Click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and you will receive a link to reset your password. Please contact Customer Support immediately via phone or email in case the issue persists.

15. There is an error message when I log in. How should I proceed?

Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. If the issue persists, contact Customer Support with a screenshot of the error message.
