You can use the search bar on the search page. Enter the article number, tyre size (e.g., 205/55 R16), or EAN number. The system will display the search result matching products instantly.
Prices are displayed next to each product in the search results and product detail page. Please note that prices may vary based on your account conditions and current promotions. In addition to the list prices, the net price after discount are displayed based on the system configuration. Please contact your Sales Representatives regarding any changes.
Stock status is displayed in the search results and product detail page. If a tyre is out of stock, you will see an indication and may have the option to backorder.
Estimated delivery date is shown in the search results, product detail page and during checkout. The Estimated delivery date is based on standard order cut-off time displayed. Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next business day.
During checkout, you can choose from your saved delivery addresses. In case you want to change the list of saved delivery addresses Go to Account > Addresses and request changes. You can also contact your Sales Representatives or write an email to salesadmin@falkentyre.com for any changes.
Go to Account > My Orders and select the relevant order to view the order details. You can click on the shipment tracking link if available for this order. In case the shipment tracking link is not available, please contact our customer support team for more details.
